What is Relationships Over Revenue?
It’s the prioritization of people. Period.
People need to come first in everything that we do. With the corporatization of everything nowadays, we feel that we as individuals are becoming more and more of a name-in-a-hat when it comes to most of the companies we work & interact with. Our banks, our local governments, our insurance agents, our auto-mechanics, heck even our employers - we often feel as if we are nothing more than an invoice to be billed. A name in a database. We HATE that feeling.
At Relationships Over Revenue, we hate the disconnect between most businesses and their customers. We feel that many have lost the personal & relational aspect of business due to the obsession with efficiency and profits.

​Let us be clear, businesses that prioritize efficiency & profits are not inherently bad, some must do this to stay in business. We are simply speaking of personal frustrations with companies that are “people driven” but have seemingly lost any empathy or personal understanding toward the people they serve. We never want that! We want to bring a “people first” mentality to EVERYTHING that we do.
For years, we have prioritized the balance of creating and maintaining relationships with all of our clients, by maintaining a standard that every client we represent shares these same values with me. As they say, “It takes two to tango” and in this industry having confidence on both ends that you have someone you can trust in, have confidence in, & understand is priceless! We have no interest in trying to become a “Million Dollar Agent” or a nationally recognized name.

Our goal is to build a business that allows us to maintain REAL relationships, deliver thoughtful service, and show up with integrity for every person we work with. Success, to us, is not measured by volume or titles, but by trust earned, conversations had, and the confidence our clients feel knowing they are seen, heard, and supported.

DEREK WORLEY​​
My name is Derek Worley, and the simple fact that you’re reading this right now is a huge blessing to me. I’m honored to wear many different hats in life—Christian, husband, father, and real estate professional, among others—and I hold them in that order.
I truly love what I get to do for a living. I have lived in Jackson County my entire life, which gives me a deep appreciation for this community and the people who call it home.
When I’m not working hard for my clients, you’ll find me spending time with my beautiful family, my wife, Kassandra, and our two children, Asher and Mila. I’m also an avid Atlanta sports fan, so whenever we get the chance, we’re cheering on the Braves, Dawgs, Falcons, or Hawks together.

KASSANDRA WORLEY​​
My name is Kassandra Worley and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support our clients through one of the most important transactions of their lives. I proudly serve as the transaction coordinator, ensuring every detail is handled with care, organization, and integrity from contract to close.

Faith and family are at the center of everything I do. As a Christian, I strive to lead with honesty, compassion, and excellence in both my personal and professional life. Having lived in Texas, Colorado, Chicago and now here for nearly 14 years, I understand that relocating from one state to another comes with different expectations, processes, and concerns. That first hand experience allows me to better support buyers who are navigating a move from out of state, helping them feel confident, informed, and at home every step of the way.

When I’m not behind the scenes keeping every transaction running smoothly, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, Derek, and our two kids, Asher and Mila. We love being together as a family, and one of our favorite traditions is planning a Disney trip after a year of hard work and big milestones—it’s our favorite way to reconnect, celebrate time together, and make memories.
